Both kids have tooth news.
Marlo got her first tooth on the day she turned sixth months old. The second soon followed with in a few days. She has not got any since then. As soon as the teeth grew in she struggled with drinking her bottle. Thank goodness we tried a sippy cup. She now exclusively drinks out of one specific cup.
Nonna told him the tooth fairy would give him $10 a tooth. I quickly piped in only for the first tooth, $2 after that. The Tooth fairy in Kitchener can't afford $10 a tooth. Otis convinced Nonna that the tooth-fairy actually brings $20 for the first tooth. I have quite the negotiator on my hands.
We tried everything to convince him to let us try and pull it out. He eventually got it out himself. Then we had to convince him to let the tooth fairy take it. We eventually settled on leaving a note for the tooth fairy asking her to leave the tooth behind so we could show daddy once we got home with a promise to give her both teeth on the next tooth. The new tooth has come in nicely even though it started so far back.
I had a made dash to make a tooth fairy pillow. We went to the fabric store and he picked out all the colours. I managed to get the monster made but not stuffed before bed time. I since finished it upon getting back to Kitchener.
