This year we are having a Turkey. Just because.
TO DO List
- Turkey in the roster on low - Check
- Brussel Sprouts - Check
- Stuffing made and in the bird - Check
- Carrot and Corn Curry dish - Check
- Mashed potatoes - Check
- Projector hooked up and tested - Check
- (We will be watching the game in HD on the front window)
- The kids are nestled snug in their bed - Check
- (we have Curtis for the night)
- Clean the toysplosion - Check
Dave and I have never cooked a Turkey Dinner before. Stuffing the bird was pretty funny. While in the midst of turkey slime.(I hate raw poultry). Some guy knocked on the door (11:30pm). They could see the TV through our windows and asked if we could put the hockey highlights on. Well that was a first. By the time I washed the slime, got my coat and Camera the highlights were over.
Anyway, I am off to bed.
I hope everyone has a good Super bowl Sunday. Enjoys the commercials. Oh and the game to.
