Dog Day Afternoon

This past Sunday was Dog Day Afternoon. We have been waiting two years since the last Dog Day. Last Year we were not able to go. We had a wedding to go to.

Happy 1st Anniversary Corey & Sarah.

Dog Day Afternoon has been running for 9 years now. We have been to three of the past four years. It is quite amazing Set on a farm just outside of Guelph. I don’t think there are more then 200 people, everyone seems to know each other. I really enjoy watching the kids grow from year to year.

We were so excited to be able to finally bring Otis to his first music festival. He had a great day. He loved running all over the farm and playing in the garden. He saw his first cow and horse. He was mooing all afternoon. The horse was sniffing his little head and he got a kick out of it. There was dancing and tire licking. Good food and great location.

Check the Cows above. I had no idea this was happening when I tooke the picture.

Jasmine and I made maracas for the kids which was a lot of fun. We met a whole bunch of little kids. Otis was giving hugs to all of them. Most of all he liked giving Mona Sparkles hugs. Mona’s Mommy is having another baby and when she heard Otis’ name she was quite surprised. If they have a little boy they are going to name him Otis.

The Sadie’s were on fire as usual. There was a minor set back they got stuck in traffic on the way in to town. The intimate crowd cheered when they pulled in and on with the show. Otis fell asleep in my arms while I was dancing to the music.

There was one missing link in our day. Sean is in Finland and wasn’t able to make it back in time. We miss you and can’t wait for you to get back.
