A few weeks back Otis and I went to a seedling sale in town. Andrea B. sent us a heads up about it. The heads up came in the form of a link to two wonderful sites. One being their blog and the other a business based sight.
Karin & Greg are so inspiring. They run a Eco Bed and Breakfast. Also Homestead Herbals
Natural Handmade Soaps and Herbals. From what I understand, all of the herbs are grown on their land. Karin also has an Organic Vegan Baked Goods & Catering company that has been put on hold for the time being as they also have a 10 month old Little girl named Maya.

I had a quick chance to chat with Karin before the seedling sale exploded with business. Otis loved his Cupcake(Carrot Muffin) we bought. We bumped into a few people we knew at the sale, Tony and Andrea were there too. We all took a self guided tour of the Homestead and visited with the chicken. I really really really want chickens.
We bought most of the plants in our garden from this sale. Here is the back garden with everything planted on day one. There will be more pictures to come.
