Roasting Peppers

I finally got our propane tank filled.  Just in time for these.  

I roasted a 1/2 bushel of red peppers and stuck them in the freezer for the winter to come.  I love roasted red peppers in sandwiches, salads and in soup.  

I am tempted to get more.
