Happy Rolph's Bird Sanctuary

We went to Happy Rolph's last week while we were in Niagara for the weekend.

My Mom and I were surprised at how few animals there were on the grounds.  We had no idea at the time, that we would be some of the last visitors to see the animals.

This is the story in a Nut shell:
The farmer who lends the animals to the park has picked them up due to a management changes in the park.  Happy Rolph's was vandalized earlier this year and a couple of the animals were killed.  The City then demoted the park manager who had been working there for many years.  The farmer did not feel comfortable with out this man's presence in the park.  He had kept the farmer up to date on all of his animals.
